0.5 cup [83 g] x Fresh Strawberries

0.5 cup [125 ml] x Skim Milk

0.5 tsp [2.5 g] x Olive Oil

0.5 tsp [2 g] x Vanilla Essence

0.5 tsp [3 g] x Honey

0.5 medium [85 g] x Fresh Banana

Directions
Remove tops from strawberries.
Pour chilled skim milk in blender or jug.
Measure in olive oil.
Measure in vanilla essence.
Drizzle honey.
Peel banana & add roughly broken pieces.
Add strawberries.
Measure in oats.
Using a stick blender or food processor, combine all ingredients together until smooth.
Add cold water if consistency is too thick.
Note - if you use frozen fruit this will make the consistency of the smoothie thicker.
