Ingredients

  • 1.25 medium [150 g] x Mandarin

  • 25 g x 70%+ Dark Chocolate

Directions

  • Seperate mandarin into pieces how ever you like.


  • Break chocolate into small pieces & put in a small microwave safe bowl.


  • Microwave in short bursts - 20 secs - stirring in between. When almost completely melted, stop & stir until smooth. Don't overheat.


  • Drizzle over mandarine or dip individual segments in chocolate.
