  • 1 tbsp [20 g] x Low Fat Cottage Cheese

  • 1 medium [6 g] x Thin/Plain Rice cake

Directions

  • Cover eggs in saucepan with cool water. Place on lid & cook on high heat. Once water is boiling reduce to a simmer & set timer for 6-7mins.
